A Serial Entrepreneur with experience in Media, Art & Youth engagement in business.
Hi, I’m the co-founder at Impact Hub Dar, and I also own a youth-led NGO and Innovation & ICT Social enterprise. I’ve worked in development focused on Governance, Media, Innovation, ICT, and Youth work and I know about gender, data, arts, democracy, and legal/rights-based advocacy. I previously worked as: a governance officer at Twaweza; head of Policy, Advocacy, and Research at WaterAid: project officer and acting head of Governance at BBC Media Action; Radio presenter at Clouds FM, and TV Presenter at TV1in Tanzania. With founding Impact Hub Dar, I am looking forward to engaging youth, inspiring the local community to engage using data, empowering girls, and working with both urban and rural young entrepreneurs, media, facilitation, and creative industry.

Hi, I’m the co-founder at Impact Hub Dar, and I also founded two other organizations focused on Agritech and STEAM for females. I am passionate about the use of Innovation and ICTs in solving community challenges. Previously I worked as a senior product engineer for Huawei International in Shenzhen, China PRC. I also lectured in Information and communication technologies (ICT) at the University of Bagamoyo – College of science and Built environment. At Impact Hub Dar I look forward to contributing to our community through training, facilitating ir, hiring, and empowering youth in innovation with a focus on ICT, BigData, Robotics & AI.

Hi, I’m The Manager at Impact Hub Dar. I have worked mostly in supporting the business by leading and overseeing the team. Planning and maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of the team and other resources within Impact Hub Dar. Due to my passion for women and the digital divide. I am consulting She Codes for Change in establishing and managing ICT and innovation Programs. I am excited to join my team and contribute my expertise in developing female-focused ICT programs and engaging youth with data through media.
Experienced in events management and logistics coordination. Passionate about hosting a community and adding value.
I am the Community and Events Lead at Impact Hub Dar es Salaam. I have a bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B) and I am recognized for delivering administrative and communication tasks. I work closely with the community of entrepreneurs at the hub and I closely follow up on whether they apply our inputs in their businesses. Professional focal points include event management, correspondence, organizing and attending meetings, communicating with internal and external contacts using a range of platforms such as social media, and consultancy in administrative roles. Helping people motivates me to add value to the team.
